In Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary and the Czech Republic we are represented by wholly-owned local subsidiaries. Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Macedonia as well as some countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States are managed by well established partners. The office in Russia is a subsidiary of Chiesi Italy, however, it is fully integrated in the Torrex Chiesi Group in all operational activities.
