We recently went through a company name change. As of May 14, 2011 the new company name is Chiesi Pharmaceuticals. This is a highly significant move and shows the completition and full integration into the Chiesi group.

10 years anniversary – Chiesi´s presence in Austria and CEE region

In 2001 Chiesi Farmaceutici fully acquired the Austrian company Torrex Pharma which already held affiliates in Eastern Europe. This step played an important role in laying the foundation for Chiesi´s expansion to the CEE region, Russia and the CIS.
