Modafinil is a centrally acting sympathomimetic agent and psycho-stimulating medication. Modafinil is indicated in the treatment of excessive somnolence associated with narcolepsy, obstructive sleep apnea/hypopnea and chronic shift work sleep disorder.

Naltrexone is a pure opioid antagonist without any addictive potential. It is used as an adjuvant therapy in the treatment of chronic alcohol and opioid abuse. After successful addictive withdrawal, naltrexone is able to reduce the craving for the drug and thus the relapse rate by up to 50%.

Tiagabine is an anti-convulsive medication which is used as an add-on therapy in the treatment of partial epileptic seizures with or without secondary generalisation.
