CDP-choline is a coenzyme and an essential component of neuronal cell membranes. It improves the functional recovery and rehabilitation after head trauma, postoperative neurosurgical treatment and apoplectic insults.

Citalopram belongs to the class of drugs known as selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs). It is an antidepressant drug used to treat depressive conditions associated with affective disorders and other psychic disorders such as anxiety, phobia or panic disorders.

This product is a combination of two agents, dihydroergocryptin, an ergot alkaloid, and caffeine, a xanthine derivative. Both substances are peripheral vasodilators and increase capillary blood circulation. It is indicated as an adjuvant symptomatic treatment for chronic cognitive and neurosensorial pathological deficit and as an adjuvant treatment for Raynaud´s syndrome.

Diphenhydramine is an antihistamine, a sedative and a hypnotic. It is mostly used in cases of sleep-onset insomnia and sleep-maintenance insomnia caused by restlessness, nervousness or exhaustion.

Gabapentin is an anticonvulsant which is used as a mono- or add-on therapy in the treatment of epileptic seizures with and without secondary generalisation. Nowadays, the main indication of gabapentin is peripheral neuropathic pain such as that associated with post-herpetic neuralgia and diabetic neuropathy.

Being a synthetic reversible monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI), Moclobemide is an antidepressant. It is used in the treatment of depressive syndromes such as endogenous depression and social phobia. Although moclobemide has extremely limited sedative effects, the duration and quality of sleep of depressive patients may be improved and it does not affect the capacity of reaction.

Modafinil is a centrally acting sympathomimetic agent and psycho-stimulating medication. Depending on the dosage, it improves the alertness and vigilance of the user by day without any noticeable impact on nightly sleep. Modafinil is indicated in the treatment of excessive somnolence associated with narcolepsy, obstructive sleep apnea/hypopnea and chronic shift work sleep disorder.

Naltrexone is a pure opioid antagonist without any addictive potential. It is used as an adjuvant therapy in the treatment of chronic alcohol and opioid abuse. After successful addictive withdrawal, naltrexone is able to reduce the craving for the drug and thus the relapse rate by up to 50%.

Tiagabine is an anti-convulsive medication which is used as an add-on therapy in the treatment of partial epileptic seizures with or without secondary generalisation.
