If you contact us and within this context provide us with personal data, we may process your personal data in order to process your request.

In the case of inquiries, it may be necessary to provide your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, the reason for the/your approach and an individual message. We only process your data, which you transmit to us within the making of contact exclusively for the treatment of your request. Depending on the content of your request, the legal basis for this is, among other things, Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO. Our legitimate interest follows from the aforementioned purpose to process and answer your request. If your request is aimed at concluding a contract, the legal basis for processing may be Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO.

The data will be deleted after processing unless they must be retained for documentation purposes due to a legal obligation.

Job Application

We are always interested in meeting motivated and committed people. We are pleased that you are interested in our company and are applying or have applied for a position in.

When you send us your application, we process the data you send us in connection with your application to check your suitability for a position in our company as well as to carry out the application process. The legal basis for the processing is primarily Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO (initiation of a contractual relationship).

Your personal data that you have provided to us as part of the online application process will be stored for a maximum of 12 months to safeguard legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) f DSGVO. Our interest lies in the assertion or defense of claims. If an employment relationship is established, your data will become part of the personnel file.

If longer storage seems reasonable, we will contact you and obtain your written consent for longer storage of your data in our record database.

Recipient groups

To fulfill the respective purpose, we may transfer your personal data to the following categories of recipients to the extent necessary:

• To IT service providers and/or providers of data hosting or data processing or similar services;
• to other service providers, providers of tools and software solutions that also support us in the provision of our services and act on our behalf (including providers of marketing tools, marketing agencies, communication service providers and call centers);

Data processing outside the EU or EEA does not take place as a matter of principle.
